Summary:

Since sustainability is important to the outdoor active-wear consumer, it is important for The North Face brand to emphasize and act towards having a very strong sustainability culture. Price is important to it’s consumer but they view The North Face as a high end company that isn’t luxurious or cheap. I would challenge The North Face to create a few Luxurious items in their lines for business professionals and only show these items online and in flagship stores as opposed to department stores.
